Truck Dealership seeks multiple full-time,
professional candidates with at least two year’s
experience in the truck/ automotive administrative
service business. Bilingual (in English/Spanish) a PLUS!

Qualifications that a candidate must possess in order to
be considered for this position include:
-Some degree of product and technical knowledge; ability
to transfer technical information/ terminology to the
final customer repair order.
-Must be sensitive to customer needs and a good listener
-Must be a self-motivated, team player with excellent
written and verbal communication skills
-Knowledge of Microsoft programs and applications
-Good organizational and time management skills
Responsibilities include:
-Reviewing, closing and booking customer repair orders
(in a timely manner) with special attention to items
charged out
-Ensuring that every detail pertaining to each repair is
recorded (technician's comments must be descriptive and
precise, actual time it takes to complete the repair is
noted prior to closing and billing)
-Recording and posting technician's time daily
-Keeping abreast of customer accounts (credits, debits,
rebilling issues)
-Answering telephone calls and handling customer issues
-Maintaining and filing documentation within the service
department
